YELLOWCARD INTERVIEW
Mitchell Blatt
Newest Member, Ryan Mendez, to Talk With JSB
As part of my job as a music critic, I have interviewed musicians in the past for this site, including Alex Gaskarth from All Time Low. Today, I’ve got my biggest interview to date: Yellowcard. They went double platinum in 2003 with Ocean Avenue then went in a new direction in 2006 with Light and Sounds, which had little success. They went back to what got them popular in their newest album, Paper Walls, released early this summer, thier first album with Ryan Mendez playing guitar. Mendez is the subject of my next interview. It will likely be done today and posted tomorrow.
