I personally think your moral compass is fucked up. Hanging someone may be quick but there is no way in hell it is painless. As for electrocution, he did not electrocute the dogs for an instant kill like the government does. A report filed by one of his “pals” said they electrocuted some of the dogs for 20 minutes straight before they killed them. Get your facts straight and turn your moral compass around.
