If you use Wordpress, here are some plugins that could help you.

BlogRush Click Maximizer
If you haven’t heard of BlogRush yet, check out their site. You add a widget to your sidebar (like the one I have) that displays posts on related blogs, and your posts get displayed as well.

If you use the click maximizer plugin, you can control the titles and get more traffic from it. The titles you use for your posts onsite probably won’t get too many clicks. You should make the BlogRush titles attention-getting, like “Who Cares About Steroids?” for a recent post on steroids, got good traffic for me. See BlogRush here for more info on their program.

Click Tracking
Click tracking shows you where visitors click on each page. It helps with telling which titles are most popular and if the page is laid out well.

Recent Comments
Displays the recent comments in your sidebar. If there is an interesting comment, readers will quickly see it and click to it to reply. It may help increase comments.

Stripe Ad
Displays a stripe on the top of the page with a text link in it. I used it earlier; for an example of what it looks like, check out John Chow’s blog. It’s an interesting non-obtrusive way to sell ads or link to things on your site. You can set it to display multiple links with different weights for each.
