ESPN’s Useless Stat of the Day — Why the Cubs Won’t Win the World Series

The Cubs have the best record in the National League and the second best record in baseball. So why can’t you consider them a World Series contender?

  1. I’ve got a stat ESPN: If the Cubs don’t win 11 games in the playoffs (that is if they make the playoffs), then they won’t win the whole thing. And that’s a fact!
