Florida will dominate Oklahoma in the national championship, so it will be a moot point. Even if Texas was voted #1 somehow, though, it still wouldn't be a split national title. USC cried about how they split the national title a while back, but they didn't even play in the championship, so they can't take credit. If USC lost by OSU by a TD then beat everyone else, yeah, they'd be in the top 5, but the fact that they lost to (whoever they lost to who wasn't very good) and didn't do anything impressive the rest of the season shows they don't deserve to be in the top 5.
