Cholula Hot Sauce: Great for tailgating and just plain eating
Cholula Hot Sauce sent JSB their four flavors of hot sauce–original, chili garlic, chipotle, and chili lime–as the hockey season was starting as a means to heat up the ice and use while tailgating. Having used it a few times now, on steak, chips, pizza and bagels, I am reviewing it as a great tasting hot sauce that rely emphasizes flavor as well as heat.
It really has great taste, and it enhances the flavor of food as well as the heat. I actually like the taste of the chipotle hot sauce so much that I used it on plain bagels a few times, basically just using the bagel as a means to convey the hot sauce’s taste.
