Double Coverage: Wild Card Round, the picks
From 32 to 12, the playoff field is set for the 2011 NFL postseason. Our resident pickatologist pulls out his crystal ball and predicts who will live to fight on another week and whose season is about to run out.

Here we go. Four wins for one of these teams will net them the Lombardi Trophy. The road to Dallas starts Saturday.
Saints @ Seahawks- The Pick: Seahawks 24-20. The Seahawks have a lot to prove, but they really remind me of the 2008 Cardinals. New Orleans just put their two best running backs on IR. Crazier things have happened.
Packers @ Eagles: No Pick. I can’t pick this game for religious purposes, but I will tell you that if the Packers win it will be a blow out and if the Eagles win then they will win by less than a touchdown (3-6 points).
Jets @ Colts- The Pick: Jets 20-17. The Colts are really banged up, to the point that I am surprised that they won the division. The Jets will thank the mediocre Jags for giving them the badly injured Colts by avenging Jacksonville.
Ravens @ Chiefs- The Pick: Ravens 23-17. The Chiefs looked awful even when they played their starters in a meaningless game but I think they will bring the fun this weekend. Unfortunately, the Ravens have a great run defense and that will crash the Kansas City party.

Super Bowl Prediction: Falcons over Ravens 24-16. There are no stand-out juggernauts in the NFL playoffs this year, but I think the most complete team on both sides of the ball and special teams (Hello Eric Weems!) are the Falcons. Tom Brady is the truth but I think he is due a loss and that will come in the AFC Championship against the Ravens.
MVP: Matt Ryan. The best player on the winning team…he plays well, they all do.
