Radio: Madness in the Majors on Day 162 as Red Sox, Braves complete collapse; Rays, Cardinals Win Wild Card. Instant Analysis as we try to make sense of all of this
SCOTT JACOBS
An epic final day of the season! Rays come back from 7-0 down to win 8-7 in extras. Yankees fail the Red Sox, after Boston blows a 3-2 lead with 2 outs, and 2 strikes in the 9th to lowly Baltimore. Minutes later Rays win the AL Wild Card in absolutely stunning fashion, as Evan Longoria barely gets a walkoff home run over the wall. Earlier, Atlanta blows their massive Wild Card cushion for good as they fail to finish off a 3-1 lead, and end up losing 4-3 in 13 innings to a Phillies team that had nothing to play for. Just incredible. Twitter going crazy, channel surfing insanity. This is sports in its purest, rawest form.
This is Juiced Sports radio and instant reaction as fast as we can bring it. Boston is done. Atlanta is done. If they’re not drinking, I recommend that they start. Either that or maybe they should check out an Online Canadian Pharmacy. I don’t know, I’m not a doctor.
All I know is that the small market Rays are going to the Playoffs. Again! The Cardinals, dead in the water, are back in the post-season. Miracles all around. Or collapses. However you see it. Madness in the Majors
The post-season is set: Tigers- Yankees / Rays- Rangers / Cardinals – Phillies / Dbacks -Brewers. There you go. Deep breath. Yeah, that just happened.

And o yeah, Called the Sox losing tonight! Though I could never have had the foresight to know they would lose like they did.
