Methodology for Sports Blogger Press Release Survey

The questions I asked were:

Please answer questions in the form of 1-5, with 1 being never and 5 being very often.

1.) Do you receive press releases from publicists promoting products or services related to sports? How often?
1 2 3 4 5

2.) If you receive press releases, how often do you actually open and read press releases?
1 2 3 4 5

3.) How often do you post something related to a press release you receive? (favorable or unfavorable)
1 2 3 4 5

4.) If you post about press releases, how often do you give the product or service favorable/neutral coverage vs. unfavorable coverage?
favorable or neutral: 1 2 3 4 5
unfavorable: 1 2 3 4 5

Any other comments about what you think about how promoters are targeting blogs? (optional)

I tallied results of 1 or 2 as being not very often or rarely, in the writing of the post, and results of 4 or 5 as being often. This basis was based on methodology used by the Pew Center for People and the Press, in some polls, such as their poll on press credibility that asked people to give answers out of 1-4.

The sample size was small, with only 16 responses.

Here are the raw results:

Popularity: 2% [?]

  1. Naturally she thinks “the skinnier the much more youthful looking” but I suspect Ms Zeta-Jones is among the females who are not naturally skinny and has to starve herself to get “smallish”. This usually happens to voluptuous hour-glass-shape sorts. I took that route for a although, but gave up when my buddies remarked I looked “unwell”. I also found my face looked older than just before dieting. In the end I returned to standard consuming though have began muscle-training. My cheeks are full again and I am back to a size 14, but a “firmer” one than ahead of. Sadly, skinny just isn t for everyone, although it’s fashionable in our era. Naturally tiny girls more than 40 (like Naomi Campbell, Goldie Hawn, Carla Bruni) appear distinct. They’ve small bodies but, nevertheless, they appear radiant, with well-fed cheeks. I suspect, due to the fact they are able to consume adequate with out gaining weight. Lucky girls..

  2. I’ve said that least 4108915 times. The problem this like that is they are just too compilcated for the average bird, if you know what I mean
